Attending an intimate wine tasting event with Winemaker Dodo zu Knyphausen from Weingut August Eser was a truly memorable experience. His long journey from Oestrichwinkel to Berlin was worth it as we were treated to a delightful array of his amazing wines. Not only did we have the opportunity to taste his exquisite wines, but we also gained insight into the art of winemaking. Dodo zu Knyphausen’s passion and dedication to his craft was evident as he shared stories about the hard work and challenges that come with producing such high-quality wines. It was truly an educational and eye-opening experience that left us with a newfound appreciation for the love and effort that goes into every bottle of wine.

It was a special privilege to have him not only sponsor the glasses we used for the tasting but also share his extensive knowledge of the art of glass blowing. Through his expertise, we gained a deeper understanding of the intricate craftsmanship and skill required to create these exquisite glassware pieces. It was a unique opportunity to learn about the fascinating world of glass blowing and appreciate the attention to detail that goes into producing each and every glass.
